If you’re in a phase of life where you’ve started thinking about change—or simply want your life to feel more functional, balanced, and positive—you’re already taking a powerful first step. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. In fact, it can be the beginning of something deeply meaningful.

Maria specializes in helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief. She brings experience working with diverse populations, including military members and their families, as well as teenagers facing behavioral challenges. With extensive training in trauma, she works from a trauma-informed perspective, recognizing how overwhelming experiences can shape a person’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and how healing is possible with the right support.

Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in emotional safety. She is especially skilled at creating a comfortable, welcoming space where clients can talk openly about difficult things. When appropriate, she uses humor as a way to build connection and ease tension. Most importantly, she empowers her clients to recognize their own strength and capacity for meaningful change.

Whether someone is new to therapy or returning to it, Maria meets clients where they are. She works alongside them to process life’s challenges and teach practical tools that support a more fulfilling and intentional life.

Maria looks forward to being part of your journey toward healing and growth.
